There are 3 bedrooms bright and comfortable,with private bathroom with shower and bidet. Rooms are located on the ground floor and have an exit to the garden and porch. You will have breakfast in the dining room, warmed by a fireplace in the winter, and you can relax in the common room with comfortable sofas and tv at first floor. There is a beautiful view of Mount Subasio from here, and you colud have relax in the quiet of the countryside. Around the house there is a grove of 70 thousand square meters ideal for long walks and for pick up some fruit of the forest.
